back to MAINE!!

Dan matched yesterday in a pediatric residency at Maine Medical in Portland, Maine, and we couldn't be more excited!! After a decade out of state, we can't wait to get back to Maine and the salty air and our families, especially with this little one on the way. The icing on the cake is that our dear friends Ellen and Hamish and their kiddos Rowan and Heath will be joining us in Portland, since Hamish also also matched at Maine Med in anesthesiology! It's just awesome.

We need to be in Maine by mid-June, just a few weeks after LJ arrives, so that Dan can be settled by the time his residency begins on July 1. And so the housing hunt begins...
